Passionate Agribusiness Professional | Women's Health Advocate | Lover of Regional Australia

Business with Brooke began as a simple personal brand, a place where I, Brooke Watts, could share my experiences, reflections, and ideas about agriculture, business, and community. What started as a personal brand quickly grew into something much bigger: a platform to connect people, spark conversations, and celebrate the opportunities that come with living and working in regional Australia.

Growing up on my family farm in Molong, agriculture has always been at the heart of who I am. Over the years, my career has taken me from hands-on work to agribusiness, underground mining administration, education, and communications. In recent years with a Bachelor of Business Management, I’ve returned as Operations Manager at my family-owned company, Bralca, where I gained first-hand experience managing people, strategy, and projects in a fast-moving, practical environment. Each role has given me a deeper appreciation for the resilience and innovation that drive regional communities and industries forward.

Beyond business, I am also a proud women’s health advocate. Living with endometriosis, navigating infertility, and managing impaired bladder function has given me a deeply personal understanding of the challenges many women face, especially in rural and regional areas where access to healthcare is limited. By sharing my own journey openly, I aim to break down stigma, raise awareness, and promote better access to healthcare services for women in the bush.

Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to be recognised for my work and contribution to the industry, including being named a finalist for Western NSW Outstanding Young Business Leader of the Year, Charles Sturt University Young Alumni of the Year finalist and a 2025 RAS Rural Achiever finalist. These acknowledgements remind me of the impact that sharing stories, fostering connections, and encouraging innovation can have across our communities.
